通心络与阿托伐他汀并用对不稳定型心绞痛降脂疗效及内皮功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]观察通心络与阿托伐他汀联合应用对不稳定型心绞痛(UA)的降脂效果及对血管内皮功能的影响。[方法]入选的91例UA,总胆固醇(TC)≥4.68mmol/L,将其随机分为通心络与阿托伐他汀联合组(联合组)及阿托伐他汀组(对照组)。两组均为每晚口服阿托伐他汀20mg,联合组每天加服通心络胶囊2粒,每天3次。测定治疗前及治疗4、8周后血脂、C反应蛋白(CRP)、内皮素(ET)、肝肾功能及肌酸激酶(CK)。[结果]联合组及对照组均能明显降低血脂、CPR、及ET水平(P<0.05),但联合组效果更佳。[结论]UA联合应用通心络与阿托伐他汀能明显降低血脂,减轻炎症、稳定斑块、改善内皮功能。 [Objective]To observe Tongxinluo cooperate atorvastatin in combination with unstable angina (UA) in patients with lipid-lowering effects and the effects on vascular endothelial function.[Methods]selected 91 cases of UA patients,total cholesterol (TC) ≥ 4.68mmol / L,were randomly divided into two Tongxinluo combined with atorvastatin group (combination group) and the atorvastatin group (the control group). Groups are nightly oral atorvastatin 20mg,the Joint Group on a daily wear Tongxinluo capsules 2,three times a day.Determination of 4,8 weeks before treatment and after treatment of blood lipids,C-reactive protein (CRP),endothelin (ET),liver and kidney function and creatine kinase (CK).[Results]The combination group and control group can significantly lower blood lipids,CPR,and ET levels (P<0.05),but the combined group a better effect.[Conclusions]Patients with UA Tongxinluo combined with atorvastatin significantly reduced blood lipids,reduce inflammation,stabilize plaque,improve endothelial function.
