摘要
慢性胃炎病机为脾胃湿热,气机不畅,治宜行气抑酸,抑制幽门螺杆菌为主。中医辨证为感受湿邪,湿邪困脾。方用平胃散加味。治疗120例,治愈90例,有效22例,无效8例,优于对照组。
The pathogenesis of chronic gastritis to-stomach damp-heat,air circulation machine,gas lines acid,inhibit helicobacter pylorus-based.TCM evil to feel wet,wet spleen evil storm.Modified by Pingwei San.Treatment of 120 cases,90 cases cured,22 cases of effective and ineffective in 8 cases,better than the control group.
