糖尿病肾病病机是本虚标实。本虚有五脏气血阴阳虚损,涉及肝、脾、肾及诸脏;标实为痰浊(湿)、湿阻、水停、瘀血。治宜益气养阴、活血化瘀。采用中西医结合治疗,可以明显减轻症状。
