中西医结合治疗缺血性脑梗死60例

[目的]观察中西医结合治疗缺血性脑梗死的疗效。[方法]治疗组60例缺血性脑梗死患者采用中药补阳还五汤加味,配和小剂量阿司匹林及西医对症治疗。对照组39例不采用中药治疗,西医治疗方案同治疗组。疗程结束后进行疗效评定和组间比较。[结果]治疗组显效(基本痊愈+显著进步)49例(81.7%),对照组显效23例(58.9%),两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。[结论]中西医结合治疗可益气活血通络,阻滞血栓形成,故临床疗效显著。
