摘要
[目的]观察补肾健脾方治疗原发性肝癌的临床疗效。[方法]将45例随机分成两组。对照组给予保肝及对症治疗,治疗组给予保肝及对症治疗,在对照组基础上,另予补肾健脾方。[结果]治疗组总有效率86.95%,对照组总有效率54.54%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。[结论]补肾健脾方治疗原发性肝癌,疗效显著,安全可靠。
[Objective] To observe the kidney - and spleen - strengthening prescription the clinical efficacy of the treatment of primary liver cancer. [Methods]45 cases were randomly divided into two groups. Liver protection and the control group was given symptomatic treatment,the treatment group in the control group,based on the other side to the kidney - and spleen - strengthening prescription. [ Results ] The total effective rate was 86. 95% in the control group,the total effciency of 54. 54% ,the difference was significant(P <0. 05). [ Conclusion] Kidney Jianpi the treatment of primary liver cancer,significant effect,safe and reliable.
