稳律汤治疗室性心律失常阴虚火旺证的临床研究

Wenlv Decoction's Treatment of Ventricular Arrhythmia Clinical Research

[目的]观察稳律汤治疗室性心律失常阴虚火旺证的临床疗效。[方法]选择100例室性心律失常阴虚火旺证患者,随机分为中药治疗组(稳律汤组)和西药对照组(心律平组),每组各50例,观察治疗前后的24h动态心电图及其中医证候疗效。[结果]中药治疗组经24h动态心电图评价总有效率为82%,中医证候疗效优于西药对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]稳律汤治疗室性心律失常阴虚火旺证疗效确切,无明显毒副反应,值得临床推广应用。

[Objective] To observe Wenlv decoction's treatment of ventricular arrhythmia. [Method] The 100 cases of ventricular arrhythmias, who belong to syndrome of hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency, were randomly divided into the Wenlv decoction set and the western medicine set. Each set had 50 cases. We observed the different of the Holler's result and the Chinese medicine syndrome's effectiveness by the experiment. [Result]The total efficient of the Wenlv decoction set is 82% through the Holter's result, and the curative effect of the chinese medicine set better than the western medicine set. (P < 0. 05). [Conclusion] The curative effect is accurate, the Wenlv decoction cures the syndrome of hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency of ventricular arrhythmias. And the Wenlv decoction worth clinical expansion and application.
