健脾补肾化瘀汤治疗原发性肾病综合征60例

Spleen Kidney Huayu Decoction Treatment of Primary Nephrotic Syndrome in 60 Cases

[目的]探讨健脾补肾化瘀汤治疗肾病综合征的疗效。[方法]对照组30例,以单纯使用西药治疗;治疗组30例,在对照组的基础上,加用健脾补肾化瘀汤治疗,疗程3个月。[结果]治疗组总有效率为86.67%,显著高于对照组的50%(P<0.01)。[结论]健脾补肾化瘀汤是治疗原发性肾病综合征的有效方药之一。

[Objective]To investigate the spleen kidney Huayu decoction nephrotic syndrome.[Method] 30 patients with the control group in order to simply the use of western medicine;treatment group,30 patients in the control group,based on the decoction was added spleen kidney treatment course of 3 months.[Results ]The group,the total effective rate was 86.67%,significantly higher than that of the 50% (P < 0.01). [Conclusion]Note spleen kidney Huayu decoction for treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome,one of the effective prescriptions.
