中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹水31例

Combination of Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of 31 Cases of Ascites Due to Cirrhosis

[目的]探讨中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹水疗效。[方法]以辨证施治为主体,健脾利水、和肝益肾、化痰软坚贯穿始终。[结果]治疗31例,治愈20例,好转2例,无效2例。[结论]中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹水疗效显著,优于单纯西医治疗。

[Objective]To investigate the Chinese and Western medicine treatment of liver cirrhosis with ascites.[Methods]syndrome differentiation as the main body,spleen benefit of water,and liver and kidney, resolving phlegm Ruanjian throughout.[Results]Treatment of 31 cases,20 cases cured,improved in 2 cases, ineffective in 2 cases.[Conclusion]The Chinese and Western medicine treatment of liver cirrhosis with ascites significantly superior to Western medical treatment alone.
