中西医结合治疗老年心衰50例

Combination of Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of 50 Cases of Senile Heart Failure

[目的]观察中西医结合治疗老年心衰。[方法]运用温心阳、益心气的基本方,配合小剂量洋地黄和利尿剂及吸氧和支持疗法。[结果]治疗组明显优于对照组。[结论]中西医结合治疗老年心衰疗效显著。

[Objective]To observe the combined chinese and western medicine treatment of elderly heart failure.[Methods]The use of temperature and heart-yang,benefit heart of basic gas side,with the small dose of digitalis and diuretics,and oxygen,and supportive therapy.[Results]The treatment group was significantly better than the control group.[Conclusion]The combination of chinese and western medicine treatment of elderly with heart failure significant.
