香丹注射液黄芪注射液联用治疗老年心肌缺血观察及护理

Treatment of Myocardial Ischemia of the Aged with Xiangdan and Radix Astra Gali Injection and Nursing

[目的]观察香丹、黄芪注射液联用治疗老年心肌缺血及护理方法。[方法]60例采用香丹注射液20mL加黄芪注射液20mL加入5%葡萄糖或生理盐水500mL中静脉滴注,每日1次,15日为1个疗程。[结果]显效25例,有效28例,无效7例,总有效率88.4%。[结论]香丹、黄芪注射液联用治疗老年心肌缺血疗效显著,安全可靠。

[Objective]To observe Xiangdan,astragalus in conjunction with the treatment of myocardial ischemia in the elderly and nursing methods.[Method]60 patients with Xiangdan injection with 20mL plus Astragalus 20mL 5% glucose or normal saline intravenous infusion in 500mL,1 day,15 for a course of treatment. [Results]25 cases markedly effective in 28 cases,ineffective in 7 cases,total effective rate was 88.4%.[Conclusion] Xiangdan,astragalus in conjunction with the treatment of myocardial ischemia in the elderly efficacy and safe and reliable.
