新军事变革条件下对军医大学通识教育的思考

Thinking of the general education in military medical university under new military transformation condition

本文分析了新军事变革条件下军事医学人才必须具备的七个方面的素质能力,提出需要通过医学专业教育之外的通识教育来实现;分析了我军军医大学通识教育的现状和存在的不足,对军医大学建立符合办学规律、有利于人才培养的通识教育模式进行了思考.

In this article,we analyzed seven necessary aspects of ability for military medical students under new military transformation condition,and all these abilities should be implemented through general education.By the situation analysis of the general education in military medical university,we found the gap between the demand and actuality.So we think that a proper pattern of general education should be constructed in military medical university in order to adapt the military medical students to the new requirements of the new era.
