A study of the support system of student affairs for the innovative education of medical students

医学教育的目的是培养具备扎实理论基础和创新能力的医学人才,而创新能力的培养在现代医学教育体系中最受关注,同时也是高校学生工作的重要组成部分.本文通过探讨学生工作支持体系在医学生创新教育中的作用和存在的问题,以了解学生工作支持体系推动医学创新教育的有效途径,为其发展提供新思路.

The purpose of medical education is to teach the students medical knowledge,help them to sum up the research and clinical experiences,and trains them to be professional doctors with innovative ability.The innovative education is considered as a most valuable part of modem medical education system,and it is also one of the working targets for student affairs in universities.In the article,we investigated the present situation,analyzed the objective defects and developed an effective supporting system of student affairs for medical innovative education.
