主动适应卫生事业发展 多层次培养相关医学人才

Adapting actively to development of health undertakings and cultivating allied health talents at diversified levels

摘要 目的 针对高职高专院校学生原有文化基础与学习能力差异较大的现实,结合卫生事业发展对不同层次医学人才的需求,探索多层次相关医学人才培养的有效途经.方法 结合学分制管理制度的实施,采取分层次教学的方式.结果 学生原有基础不同其学习能力和自我发展要求不同,比较适应不同层次的教学要求.结论 分层次教学能够将行业对人才规格要求的多样性与学生发展的个性化进行有机的结合,有利于促进不同层次学生的成才与发展. Objective Based on the fact of low level of knowledge and learning ability of the students in vocational college and needs for health talents at different levels,we explored the effective pathways for cultivating the talents related to medicine at diversified levels.Methods Combined with implementing credit system,hierachical teaching model was applied.Results The students had different learning abilities and self-development needs and they were adaptable for the teaching requirements at different levels.Conclusions Hierachical teaching could combine the diversity of the requirements for the talents in different areas with the development of student's individuation,and promote the growth and development of students at difierent levels.
