儿科学教学中以问题为基础学习与以授课为基础学习教学方法的比较研究 被引量:1

Comparing the application of problem-based learning with lecture-based learning in pediatrics teaching

摘要 为了更好地激发学生的学习兴趣,培养其临床思维能力、创新意识和团队协作精神,漯河医学高等专科学校第三附属医院儿科在临床医学专业儿科学教学中,设立实验组与对照组,分别实施以问题为基础学习(problem-based learning,PBL)教学和以授课为基础学习(lecture-based learning,LBL)教学.课程结束后,比较两组学生的考试成绩并进行问卷调查.实践证明,PBL教学方法可以增强学生学习兴趣、提高教学效果.因此,应当结合PBL与LBL两种教学方法的优势,探索临床医学教学的新模式. In order to stimulate students'interest in learning,to develop their clinical thinking ability,innovation and teamwork spirit,Department of Pediatrics,The Third Affiliated Hospital of Luohe Medical College carried out the reform on pediatrics teaching in clinical medicine major,and selected the experimental group and control group students,respectively,to implement problem-based learning(PBL) and lecture-based learning(LBL).After the end of the course,an analysis of two sets of test scores of the students and conduct surveys were implemented.The practice had proved that PBL could enhance students'interest in learning and improve teaching effect.The advantages of PBL and LBL should be combined,and explores of new roodel for clinical teaching should be developed.
