八年制医学生传染病学临床实习教学效果调查分析

The survey of 8-year program mescal students' evaluation about clinical teaching of infectious diseases

为了解八年制医学生传染病学临床实习教学效果,进一步提高教学质量,对在北京夫学第一医院实习的八年制临床医学专业81名学生进行了问卷调查,并采用SPSS 10.0统计软件进行数据分析.调查结果显示,经过实习后,63.0%的学生对传染病学实习的恐惧程度有所下降;学生最满意的是带教教师的教学态度、护士带教的消毒隔离、中文教学查房和在艾滋病定点医院的实习,学生不满意的是病房设施、实习中外语的使用和病种的齐全程度,学生对实习的总体评价比较满意,但实习教学仍然需要改进和提高.

In order to know the effect of clinical teaching of infectious diseases for 8-year program medical students and improve the teaching quality,questionnaire survey was carried out among 81 medical students of Peking University First Hospital and the results were analyzed by SPSS 10.0 statistics software.The results showed that dread degree to infectious diseases decreased in 63.0% students after clinical teaching.The students were satisfied with the attitude of cadet teacher,measures of disinfection and isolation,Chinese teaching consultation and AIDS clinical teaching.The students were not satisfied with inpatient ward environment,use of foreign language terms and kinds of infectious diseases.In conclusion,most of the students were satisfied with clinical teaching,but there were still something need to be promoted.
