摘要
营养与食品卫生学实验是预防医学专业的重要课程,对培养学生的开拓创新精神和实践能力起着十分重要的作用.本文论述了启发式教学在营养与食品卫生学实验教学中的重要作用,对其教学效果进行了研究和总结,其目的在于充分发挥学生的主动性,培养学生的动手操作、科学思维和创新能力,提高营养与食品卫生学实验教学质量.
Nutrition and food hygiene experiment is an important course of preventive medicine major,and plays an important role in cultivating the innovative spirits and practical abilities for students.This paper firstly discussed the important role of the heuristic method in the experimental teaching of nutrition and food hygiene,then studied and summarized its effects on the experimental teaching of nutrition and food hygiene.In conclusion,the objective of this stuay was to focus on fostering the ability of students by improving the experimental teaching methods of nutrition and food hygiene,facilitate students to positively participate in nutrition and food hygiene experiments,enhance their abilities of operating by hands,foster their innovvtive consciousness and scientific-thinking abilities,and improve the teaching quality of nutrition and food hygiene.
