摘要
在发酵工艺技术的实践教学改革中,基于微生物发酵生产工艺流程构建'333'实践教学体系,对实践教学内容、实践教学方法和实践教学评价方式的改革进行了初步探讨.
In the reform of fermentation-technology pharmacy experimental teaching,'333'experimental teaching system was constructed and the reform of teaching contents,teaching methods as well as teaching assessing was explored based on the microbial fermentation production process.
