摘要
美国哈佛大学医学院自20世纪80年代实行'新途径'(new pathway)课程体系改革以来,取得了很大的成功,其主要特点是将临床前医学课程进行整合,形成若干教学模块,在此基础上实行小组讨论式教学、案例教学、讲座等,此即哈佛模式.本文简要介绍了哈佛大学医学院2010年临床前第一年医学整合课程的概况,以从中吸取成功经验,完善我国基础医学课程设置.
The Harvard Medical School(HMS)got great achievement on developing the new pathway curriculum since 1980's.HMS integrates the medical curriculum of pre-clinical into seveval teaching blocks,then uses the method of group discussion,case teaching,lectures,etc.This is Harvard model in medicine,which is being learned by medical schools worldwide.This article introduces the first year of preclinical courses in 2010 of HMS,and hope to learn its advantages and to use it in basic medical curriculum design of our country.
