我院安全用药管理的措施和实践体会被引量：1

摘要安全用药、减少药物不良事件已成为社会关注的问题.美国每年至少7 000人死于用药差错,每年用于治疗药源性疾病的费用为770亿美元[1].我国每年约有19.2万人死于药源性疾病[2].
