摘要
目的研究中长链脂肪酸食用油对男性高三酰甘油血症患者血脂及脂蛋白水平的影响。方法采用临床随机双盲对照法,将74例男性高三酰甘油血症患者分为中长链脂肪酸食用油组和长链脂肪酸食用油组,控制每人膳食摄入量及食用油摄入量(20~30g/d),研究期限为8周。研究开始前测量体重,体脂肪量等,并分别在研究开始前和8周后,检测空腹血生化指标TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、ApoA1和ApoB。结果获得有效数据者67例,长链脂肪酸食用油组34例,中长链脂肪酸食用油组33例。研究8周后,中长链脂肪酸食用油组TG与研究开始时比较明显下降(P<0.05),而长链脂肪酸食用油组TG、ApoB、LDL-C指标与研究开始时比较明显升高(P<0.05)。此外,研究结束时,中长链脂肪酸食用油组TG、ApoB、LDL-C浓度均明显低于长链脂肪酸食用油组(P<0.05)。结论合理膳食条件下,中长链脂肪酸食用油可降低男性高三酰甘油血症者血脂浓度,改善脂蛋白水平。
Objective To investigate the effect of edible oils with medium-long-chain fatty acids on blood triglycerides and lipoproteins in male hyperlipidemic patients.Method A double-blind controlled clinical trial was carried out,in which 74 male subjects with hypertriglyceridemia were enrolled and divided into two groups.One group consumed oil with medium-long-chain fatty acids and the other consumed oil with long-chain fatty acids for 8 weeks.All the subjects were required to take 20-30 g of the oils and controlled meals daily.The body weight and body fat weight were measured at the begining of the study.The levels of blood triglycerides (TG),serum levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and apolipoprotein A1 and B were measured at the begining and end of the study.Results A total of 67 valid subjects was obtained:34 in the group of oil with long-chain fatty acids and 33 in the group of oil with medium-long-chain fatty acids.The latter group demonstrated significant decrease in the levels of TG after 8 weeks,(P<0.05),while the former group demonstrated significant increase in the levels of TG,ApoB and LDL-C(P<0.05).Furthermore,the levels of TG,ApoB and LDL-C in the latter group were significantly lower and the extent of decrease was much greater than those in the former group after 8 weeks(P<0.05).Conclusions Oil of medium-long-chain fatty acids may reduce the concentration of TG and improve the levels of apolipoproteins in males.
