西帕依固龈液与碳酸氢钠溶液联合治疗口腔扁平苔藓疗效观察

Short-term efficacy of Xipayi mouth rinse and sodium bicarbonate in patients with oral lichen planus

目的观察西帕依固龈液与碳酸氢钠溶液联合应用治疗口腔扁平苔藓(oral lichen planus,OLP)的短期疗效。方法 97例OLP患者随机分为A组47例和B组50例,A组采用西帕依固龈液与4%碳酸氢钠溶液交替含漱,B组采用凉开水与4%碳酸氢钠溶液交替含漱,采取双盲原则进行局部用药。治疗6周后对两组充血程度、病变大小、疼痛程度等临床指标进行观察。结果 A组同B组相比,充血程度、病变大小、疼痛程度等指标明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西帕依固龈液与碳酸氢钠溶液联合应用治疗口腔扁平苔藓具有较好的短期临床疗效。

Objective To evaluate the short-term efficacy of Xipayi mouth rinse and sodium bicarbonate in patients with oral lichen planus.Methods A total of 91 patients with oral lichen planus were recruited and divided randomly into two groups(A and B).By the randomized double-blind method,groups A rinsed mouth with Xipayi mouth rinse and 4% solution of sodium bicarbonate; groups B rinsed mouth with cool boiled water and 4% solution of sodium bicarbonate.After 6 weeks,the therapeutic effect was evaluated by observing the level of pain and congestion,and the change in the size of lesion.Results The clinical signs subsided or were relieved in group A;the therapeutic effect was better than that in the control group.Conclusions A good short-term efficacy can be obtained in patients with oral lichen planus by rinsing mouth with Xipayi mouth rinse and 4% solution of sodium bicarbonate.
