牙周病变龈沟液中血管内皮生长因子水平的研究

The vascular endothelial growth factor level of gingival crevicular fluid in periodontal disease

目的探讨龈沟液血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)水平在牙周病变中的作用。方法 48例分为牙周健康组、慢性龈缘炎组和慢性牙周炎组,每组16例。采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测各组牙周病变位点龈沟液VEGF的水平。结果 VEGF浓度慢性牙周炎组高于慢性龈缘炎组,慢性龈缘炎组高于牙周健康组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论龈沟液中VEGF浓度的变化与牙周病病变发展相关,有可能成为评价牙周病进展的生物标记物。

Objective To study the vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)levels in gingival crevicular fluid(GCF)from inflamed gingiva and periodontitis sites and to assess the relation between clinical parameters and the VEGF level.Methods VEGF levels in GCF were quantified using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results The VEGF concentration in active periodontitis group was the highest.There was statistically significant difference between the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusions The VEGF level in GCF is related to the degree of periodontal inflammation and can reflect periodontal tissue destruction.It might play a key role in periodontal disease progression.
