胃肠节细胞神经瘤1例 被引量：1

Gastrointestinal ganglion cell neuroma: report of a case

摘要 节细胞神经瘤,又称神经节细胞瘤、神经节瘤,是一种罕见的非功能性周围神经良性肿瘤,多发生于神经节及肾上腺,发生在胃肠道罕见,国内文献有3例报道。本院2004-06收治1例成人回肠节细胞神经瘤。1 病例报告患者,男,46岁,主因'阵发性脐周疼痛5个月余'入院,入院5个月前无明显诱因出现脐周、右下腹阵发性疼痛,持续5～15s,可自行缓解,无伴随症状。
