摘要 白线疝是发生于腹壁中线的腹外疝,多位于脐与剑突之间,也称为腹上疝,临床上比较罕见,占各种腹壁疝的0.35%～1.5%,男性发病率高于女性,因其症状隐匿,易漏诊误诊。我院于2000-01至2009-01收治腹壁白线疝31例,均使用腹直肌鞘前修补(Onlay Repair)技术修补。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 31例中,男26例,女5例,年龄21～79岁,
