摘要
介绍了一种便携式轴承缺陷测试与故障诊断系统的总体实现方案。采用基于振动信号、声信号融合诊断的方案以及上、下位机无线通讯的方法。从硬件和软件方面分析了整个系统的结构,着重从软件实现的功能和软件开发环境的选择两方面对上位机(笔记本电脑)中轴承虚拟测试诊断系统做了介绍。通过实例证实了这种便携式轴承检测系统的有效性。
The overall design of a portable bearing testing and fault diagnosis system is introduced, which adopts the fusion diagnose scheme of variation signal and acoustic signal and wireless communication,The system configuration is analyzed from hardware and software aspects. And the bearing virtual testing and diagnosing system in host computer is mainly introduced from the function and developed environment of the soft ware. The validity of the system is certified by an example。
