整合素β1、E2F1在病理性瘢痕中的表达及意义

The expression of integrin β1 and E2F1 in pathologic scars and its significance

目的 检测整合素β1和核转录因子E2F1在病理性瘢痕中的表达,探讨它们与病理性瘢痕发生发展的关系.方法 采用免疫组化的方法,检测整合素β1和E2F1在病理性瘢痕、非病理瘢痕以及正常皮肤中的表达.用统计学方法探讨整合素β1和E2F1的关系.结果 整合素β1和E2F1在病理性瘢痕与非病理性瘢痕、正常皮肤的表达相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).在病理性瘢痕中,整合素β1和E2F1的表达呈正相关(r=0.426).结论 整合素β1可以通过上调E2F1的表达,从而抑制成纤维细胞凋亡,促进病理性瘢痕的形成.

Objective To detect the expression of the integrin β1 and E2F1 in pathologic scars and investigate their relationship with the development of pathological scars.Methods The S-P immunohistochemistry technique was used to detect the expression levels of integrin β1 and E2F1 in pathological scars non-pathological scars and normal skin. The tatistical methods were used to investigate the relationship between integrin β1 and E2F1.Results The expression levels of integrin β1 and E2F1 had significance differences between the pathological scar group and the other two groups(P＜0.05).Th expression levels of integrin β1 and E2F1 in pathological scars had pesitivecorrelation(r=0.426).Conclusions Integrin β1 may promote the development of pathologic scar through increasing the expression of E2F1 which can avoid the fibroblast apoptosis.
