胃食管反流病与幽门螺杆菌关系的研究 被引量：1

摘要 目的 探讨胃食管反流病(GRED)与幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的关系.方法 将确诊的GERD患者50例及对照组健康体检者50例,均行14C呼气试验或抗Hp-IgG抗体血清学检测,并对GERD患者Hp阳性与Hp阴性组症状评分进行比较.结果 50例GERD患者Hp感染率为60%,50例对照组Hp感染率64%,GERD患者Hp感染率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).GERD组患者各级之间Hp感染率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).Hp阳性与Hp阴性组症状频率积分、症状程度积分和症状总分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 胃食管反流病的发生及严重程度与Hp感染无关,并且胃食管反流病的症状严重程度与Hp感染也无关.
