磁共振水成像技术诊断脑脊液鼻漏的价值 被引量:1

Diagnostic value of magnetic resonance hydrography in evaluation of cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhoea

摘要 目的 探讨磁共振重T2加权多次激发FSE序列水成像技术在脑脊液鼻漏定位诊断中的作用和价值.方法 回顾性分析经临床手术证实的11例脑脊液鼻漏患者的临床资料,所有患者均行磁共振常规横断面、矢状面及冠状面的T2加权成像及重T2加权多次激发的矢状位及冠状位FSE序列水成像,并对鼻腔流出液糖含量进行定量分析.结果 脑脊液鼻漏8例位于筛窦,3例位于蝶窦.脑脊液流出位(俯卧位)水成像MIP图像上11例患者均可见筛板、蝶鞍及漏口周围有线状液体信号向下延伸至筛窦、蝶窦及上颌窦.结论 磁共振常规T2加权成像结合重T2加权多次激发FSE序列水成像是显示脑脊液鼻漏漏口的有效方法. Objective To evaluate the value of heavily T2 weighted fast spin echo sequences in diagnosing cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhoea. Methods Eleven cases of cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrheapatients proved by operation,we analysed the data of these patients retrospectively. All of the patients in our series had undergone conventional T2-weighted magnetic resonance imaging and heavily T2 weighted fast spin echo sequences imaging, besides, quantitative analysis of sugar content were performed. Results Eight cases of cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhealocated in the ethmoid sinus, 3 cases in sphenoid sinus. All of our 11 cases of cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhoea demonstrated liner-like liquidsignal from the cribriform plate,the sella region and the periphery of the leakage to ethmoid, sphenoid, and maxillary sinus on maximum intensity projection images of magnetic resonance hydrography. Conclusions Combined using conventional T2-weighted magnetic resonance imaging and heavily T2 weighted fast spin echo sequences imaging is favorable in evaluating cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhoea.
