胃肠道间质瘤21例诊断与治疗 被引量：5

摘要 目的 探讨胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)的临床特点、诊断、治疗及预后.方法 回顾性分析2005年3月到2008年8月间21例GIST的临床病理及随访资料.结果 本组21例均行手术治疗.肿瘤根治19例,因肿瘤广泛粘连,无法完整切除2例.术后病理免疫组化CD117阳性19例,CD34阳性16例.结论 间质瘤在中老年人中好发,以便血、腹痛和腹部不适、腹部肿块为主要表现.病理检查是确诊恶性间质瘤的惟一方法.完整的手术切除是最有效的治疗手段.对无法切除或有肿瘤残余及术后复发的患者可应用格列卫进行治疗.
