替米沙坦联合福辛普利治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效

The experience of telmisartan combined with fosinopril in treatment of diabetic nephropathy

目的 观察替米沙坦联合福辛普利治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的疗效.方法 将58例2型糖尿病肾病患者随机分为替米沙坦联合福辛普利组29例及单用福辛普利组29例,疗程为6个月.观察治疗前后两组收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)等指标.结果 治疗后两组的SBP、DBP、24 h尿蛋白定量、Scr、BUN均下降(P均<0.05),并且联合治疗组各相应指标的下降幅度较单用福辛普利组更为显著(P均<0.05).结论 替米沙坦联合福辛普利治疗糖尿病肾病,降尿蛋白及肾功能保护作用显著,适合临床应用.

Objective To investigate the effect of telmisartan combined with fosinopril in treatment of diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods Fifty-eight patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into telmisartan group and telmisartan combined with fosinopril group, each group had 29 cases, treating for 6 months. Systolic blood pressure(SBP), diastolic blood pressure(DBP), 24h urinary protein, serum creatinine(Scr), blood urea nitrogen(BUN) of both groups were measured before and after the treatment. Results After the treatment, the SBP, DBP, 24h urinary protein, Scr, BUN of the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05), and the corresponding indicators of combined treatment group decrease was more prominent (P<0.05). Conclusions Telmisartan combined with fosinopril have a significant effect of reducing urinary protein and protecting renal function on diabetic nephropathy, and is suitable for the clinical application.
