孕产妇耻骨联合分离的防治与护理 被引量：4

摘要 目的 探讨孕产妇耻骨联合分离的病因、早期诊断及积极有效的防治措施.方法 对1996年9月至2009年10月我院收治孕产妇耻骨联合分离31例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 患者耻骨联合分离疼痛症状明显减轻或者消失,持续时间较有关报道缩短.结论 耻骨联合分离病因复杂; 根据临床表现及及时超声检查早期作出诊断; 注重做好不同时段的防治与护理; 确诊后剖宫产终止妊娠可缓解症状, 缩短病程, 促其早日康复.
