超声对比剂的剂量和浓度对心腔造影时间-强度曲线参数的影响

摘要 目的:探讨心腔超声对比剂的剂量及浓度对心腔造影时间强度曲线参数的影响。方法:对10条健康犬在基础状态下经股静脉分别注射1%、5%声振白蛋白注射液,剂量分别为0.04 ml/kg、0.08 ml/kg,于心尖四腔切面观察右心室对比剂的充盈及清除,采用拟合曲线定量分析方法获取心腔造影时间强度(TIC)曲线各项参数,并分析各项参数在不同浓度和剂量下的差异。结果:不同浓度、不同剂量的对比剂对造影强度、本底强度及反映心功能的时间常数k值无影响(P>0.05);不同浓度的对比剂在心腔的持续时间没有显著性差异(P>0.05);不同剂量的对比剂在心腔的平均通过时间(MTT)具有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论:反映心功能TIC曲线的时间常数k并不随对比剂浓度和剂量的变化而变化,但反映对比剂清除时间的MTT却随着对比剂剂量的增加而延长。 Objective:To study the impact of dosage and concentration of contrast agent for ultrasonography on parameters of time intensity curve(TIC) in ventriculography.Methods:1%/5% sonicated albumin was intravenously injected into 10 healthy adult dogs with the dosage of 0.04ml/kg and 0.08ml/kg respectively.Four-chamber view was used to study the fill-in and wash out of contrast agent in right ventricle.The fitting curve was used to obtain the parameters of TIC of ventriculography.The differences of various paramet...
