Positioning and Development of Local City University under the Background of Economic Globalization

本文分析了城市大学兴起的历史背景和办学特色,以及在经济全球化背景下我国城市大学所面临的机遇和挑战。在新的历史条件下,我国城市大学要想在竞争中脱颖而出,把握住发展机遇,实现持续超越,必须审时度势,准确定位,制定和实施科学的发展战略。

This article analyzed the historical background and the characteristics of city universities,and opportunities & challenges that the local city universities in China must be facing under the background of economic globalization.In the new historical conditions,the local city universities want to be winners in the competition,grasp the opportunities to achieve sustained beyond.They must size up the situation,to make accurate positioning and formulating and implementing scientific development strategy.
