北京市民办高校政府财政资助机制探索

Exploration on Government Financial Aid of Beijing Private Higher Universities

北京市民办高等教育已形成一定规模,为本市的经济社会发展发挥了重要作用。由于经费紧张,首都的民办高等教育同样面临生存的危机,相当一部分民办学校办学经费不足,办学条件亟待改善。本文从政府资助民办高校的理论依据出发,分析了北京市民办高校获得政府财政资助的状况。北京市民办高校很少获得政府的财政支持,构建政府财政资助民办高校的机制是北京市民办高校可持续发展的迫切需要。
