摘要
采用AUTOCAD软件对某固体火箭发动机C/C燃气舵进行三维建模,使用ANSYS软件对C/C燃气舵进行了有限元振动分析,并采用BLOCK LANCZOS方法进行计算,得到了燃气舵在固定约束下的前5阶固有频率和振型,并对第1阶的M ises等效应力进行了分析。结果表明,在初始的前2阶模态,燃气舵舵片出现弯曲,从第3阶模态后叶片开始剧烈扭转;第1阶模态的M ises等效应力分布显示燃气舵舵片的底处应力最大,并讨论了材料的密度和弹性模量对固有频率的影响。这些结果为燃气舵进行结构优化提供了理论基础。
The C/C jet vane model was constructed by AUTOCAD software,then was imported to ANSYS software to have vibration analysis,the five natural frequencies,mode shapes and the first natural Von Mises stress were acquired basing on BLOCK LANCZOS method.The result indicates that the blade of the jet vane bend in the first 2 mode stage and there is a greater twist rotation from the 3 mode stage,there is bigger stress of the Von Mises stress in the foot of the jet vane at the 1 mode stage.The influences of density a...
