摘要
目的探讨老年人肝内胆管结石治疗的有效方法。方法收集我院诊治的75例肝内胆管结石患者的临床资料。结果肝切除术组和胆总管切开加胆道镜取石术组患者治疗的优良率明显高于总管切开取石加内引流术组;肝切除术组患者的残石率明显低于胆总管切开取石加内引流术组。结论肝切除术治疗肝内胆管结石,效果好,残石率低,是一种有效的手术方式。
Objective To study the treatment of old patients with intrahepatic bile duct stone.Methods Retrospective clinical studies were performed on 75 elderly patients with intrahepatic bile duct stone. 28 cases were treated by common bile duct exploration and internal drainage. 25 cases were removed by common bile duct exploration and fiber biliary endoscopy. 22 cases were treated by hepatectomy.
