摘要
中国的渐进式改革呈现出强烈的双轨制特征,对于资本市场也不例外,但是相比较生产资料双轨制的平滑过渡,资本市场的双轨制却是失败的,通过比较分析两种市场双轨制改革的不同经验,发现一个竞争的市场和利益独立的市场主体以及资源的效率化转移是平滑并轨的关键因素,并提出下一步资本市场改革的建议。
China s evolution type reform,which presents the intense two-track system characteristic,is not exceptional regarding to the capital market,but is to two-track system.Through the comparative analysis of different experience of two markets two-track system reforms,this paper puts forward the capital market reform proposal for the next step.
