神经生长因子对哮喘大鼠肺Muc5ac表达的影响

摘要 目的用卵白蛋白(OVA)诱导建立的急性支气管哮喘大鼠模型,研究神经生长因子(NGF)处理后肺部粘蛋白基因Muc5ac的表达,探讨神经生长因子在哮喘发病中的作用。方法 27只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、哮喘组和NGF干预组。激发后24 h解剖大鼠,取肺组织用免疫组化染色法测定大鼠肺中Muc5ac表达情况。结果正常对照组、哮喘组及NGF干预组肺Muc5ac蛋白含量(用阳性面积μm2表示)分别为(501.8±270.6)、(1 330.2±662.9)和(2 033.9±892.3)。结论哮喘组大鼠粘蛋白基因Muc5ac表达增加,NGF加重哮喘气道炎症,在哮喘发病中起一定作用。 Objective To explore the effect of nerve growth factor(NGF) on lung Muc5ac expression in OVA-induced asthma rats.Methods Totally 27 SD rats were randomly divided into three groups:control group,asthma group and NGF group(treated with NGF).After 24 hours of treatment,the rats were anatomized and the express of lung Muc5ac were determined by immuno-histochemical staining.Results The expression of lung Muc5ac(expressed with positive areas,μm 2) were 501.8±270.6,1330.2±662.9 and 2033.9±892.3 separately in contr...
