摘要
针对工业机器视觉瓶盖检测应用,该文把遗传算法成功地运用到图像分割中。该文以图像分割阈值的二进制序列作为样本个体,利用最大类间方差作为个体的适应度评价函数,进行一系列遗传算法操作后,得到瓶盖检测图像的最佳分割阈值,并与传统的最大类间方差法进行了对比及分析。结果表明基于最大类间方差的遗传算法不仅可以得到最优解,而且具有良好的运算效率,它比最大类间方差法更适合应用于瓶盖检测中。
For industrial machine vision applications,the genetic algorithm is successfully applied to image segmentation.In this paper,we use the binary sequence of image threshold as an individual and the maximum variance between two classes as the fitness function.Then after a series of options,we get the results.Finally,the results of the experiments by our algorithm are showing to compare with the traditional OTSU method.It is concluded that the genetic algorithm based on the maximum variance between two classes ...
