依达拉奉治疗急性脑出血40例疗效观察

摘要 目的:评价依达拉奉注射液治疗急性脑出血的疗效和安全性。方法:对40例符合条件的脑出血患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组20例。两组均常规使用生理盐水250 mL加20 mL复方丹参注射液静脉滴注,qd,治疗组加用依达拉奉注射液30 mg静脉滴注,bid,使用疗程为14 d。结果:14 d后两组分别进行临床疗效与ESS评定,治疗组总有效率达到89.1%,显效率为62.1%,而对照组分别为51.2%和39.4%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01和P<0.05)。14 d后ESS评分治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:依达拉奉注射液治疗急性脑出血具有疗效确切、安全性高的优点。依达拉奉通过消除自由基而抑制细胞膜脂质的过氧化和脑细胞(血管内皮细胞、神经细胞)氧化产生的障碍。对急性脑出血患者的脑血管起到脑保护的作用。
