摘要
研究了常绿树木香樟对铅污染胁迫的反应,试验结果表明,在高浓度铅胁迫下,香樟叶片的叶绿素含量、质膜透性、丙二醛(MDA)和及铅富集量等生理生化指标均产生明显变化。在喷施10 mg/L的LaCl3溶液后,可减轻铅胁迫对香樟叶片的伤害程度,这与LaCl3能提高香樟叶绿素含量,降低细胞质膜透性和丙二醛等多重作用相关。
The response of evergreen tree Cinnamomum camphora to Pb stress was studied.The experimental results showed that the physiological and biochemical indexes(chlorophyll content,cytoplasmic membrane permeability,MDA content and Pb content) of the leaves of C.camphora all had significant changes under high concentration of Pb stress.Spraying 10 mg/L LaCl3 solution could reduce the damage of Pb stress to the leaves of C.camphora,because LaCl3 could enhance the chlorophyll content in the leaves of C.camphora,and ...
