摘要
以河南省不同地区403个烤烟样品为供试材料,采用方差分析和聚类分析,对烤烟中性香气物质含量进行评价。结果表明,新植二烯、类胡萝卜素类物质、苯丙氨酸类物质、类西柏烷类物质、棕色化产物类及香气物质总量在地区间的变异均达到极显著水平。根据香气物质总量(除新植二烯)进行系统聚类分析,将河南烟区分为3类:洛阳、商丘、济源、郑州、南阳五地区,其烟叶香气物质总量平均在169.48~189.44μg/g,与其它两类相比含量最低;平顶山、三门峡、许昌、漯河四地区,总含量平均在237.66~251.73μg/g,居于中间水平;驻马店、信阳、周口三地区,其香气物质总量在三类中最高。
