摘要
为提高烟叶编烟环节的综合效益,通过密集烘烤试验,对传统烟杆编烟、烟夹编烟和编烟机编烟3种方式的使用效率、烘烤成本及烤后烟叶经济性状进行了研究。结果表明,使用烟夹能够显著提高编烟的效率,降低用工耗时,减少烘烤成本,提高上中等烟的比例;使用编烟机能显著降低编烟环节的劳动强度、用工数量和编烟时间,加快编烟速度。烟夹编烟方式的效果最佳,可以明显提高编烟环节的综合效益,在烟叶烘烤中可以推广应用。
