三白散超声提取液对鸡离体小肠运动机能影响的药效研究

Effects of Sanbaisan Ultrasonic Extraction Solution on Move Function of Isolated Small Intestine from Chook

目的:探讨三白散超声提取液对鸡空肠运动机能影响的药效作用。方法:采用离体器官实验法,将鸡的空肠置于盛有生理溶液的麦氏浴槽内,分别加入浓度为4.00、8.00、16.00 g/L的三白散水煎液和超声提取液,观察比较离体肠管运动张力的变化。结果:三白散水煎液和超声提取液均能使鸡离体空肠收缩张力和舒张张力降低,收缩振幅减小,浓度增加其作用增强。结论:三白散超声提取液对鸡离体空肠平滑肌收缩运动抑制作用显著。

The effects of Sanbaisan ultrasonic extraction solution on the move function of the isolated small intestine from chook were studied by isolated organ experiment method.The results indicated that both the decoction and the ultrasonic extraction solution of Sanbaisan could restrain the movement of isolated small intestine,reduce the contraction and diastole tension and contraction swing of isolated jejunum;the decoction would enhance the effects when its concentration increased.So the treatment of Sanbaisan ...
