预埋式槽型锚轨抗拔性能的试验研究 被引量:25

摘要 预埋件在钢筋混凝土结构中的应用较为普遍,但是目前国内采用的预埋件由于规格多、位置要求准确,在设计和施工过程中经常出现遗漏、位置错误等问题。德国某公司的锚轨技术可妥善解决上述种种弊病。对德国某公司生产四种不同型号的HTA,HZA,HZA-R及HTA-R型锚轨进行了单向静力抗拔试验的研究。试验表明,锚轨在受拉荷载作用下具有良好的工作性能,对于生产商提供的工作荷载及预期极限荷载具有较高的安全储备,并且试件在破坏之前有较好的延性。 Embedded parts are widely used in the reinforced concrete structures.However,as the result of the large specification and also the location accuracy requirement of the embedded parts in the current domestic use,many problems,such as embedded parts being left out and the wrong location,are often occurred in the design and construction process.The cast-in channels produced by some company can properly resolve these problems.The static tensile test and research of HTA/HZA,HZA-R and HTA-R channels were done in this paper.The test shows that the cast-in channels have good performance in the tensile loads,and there is a high safety reserve under the work load and the expected ultimate load which are provided by the producer,and the channels behave with good ductility before damaged.
