摘要 文章以"优先发展教育,建设人力资源强国"的精神为指引,结合《教育文化论坛》的办刊方向和目标,认为教育文化的主旨意在理念重塑精神重构特色重建素质提高。其中理念重塑的价值重在"优先发展教育,建设人力资源强国"所表达的社会意义;精神重构的价值重在"造就一批杰出的教育家"所表达的教育精神;教育特色的价值重在"尚德"核心价值观的确立所体现的境界和荣誉;科学素养的提高,重在培养做人做事的心态情感、观察问题的敏捷性、创新意识和动手解决问题能力的建构精神;人文修养的修炼,则重在"人的无限的一种有限存在"的内在品质所表达的精神状态。 In light of the strategy of prioritizing education and turning the country into a great human resources powerhouse,and in line with the orientation and goals of Education and Culture Forum,this paper suggests that reconceptualizing education,reconstructing spirits,developing distinctive characteristics and improving students'all-round abilities.Reconceptualizing education finds its expression in the strategy of prioritizing education and turning the country into a great power of human resources;reconstructing spirits is in line with the strategy of training a large number of outstanding educators;the meaning of developing distinctive characteristics is found in the lofty ideals and honor brought by the establishment of core moral standards.While improving scientific literacy relies on the fostering of proper attitudes towards life,the training in observational skills and problem-solving skills,and innovation awareness raising,the most important aspect of the cultivation of humanity is understanding the infinity of humanity within the finiteness of life.
