摘要
随着人类社会的不断进步与文明程度的不断提高,基础教育公共品对社会经济发展的重要性也是日益显现。受二元经济结构影响,我国城乡之间基础教育发展存在明显差距,城乡基础教育差距的存在和扩大是我国当前教育发展的严峻现实。城乡教育一体化是城乡一体化的重要组成部分,是保障城乡教育均衡发展、促进教育公平的必然要求。然而,在城乡基础教育一体化的进程中却出现了众多的冲突,其中在文化的互动与磨合中,冲突尤为明显,不可忽视,集中表现在观念文化、制度文化和方式文化等方面,跨越这些文化藩篱对推进我国基础教育一体化具有重要的意义。
With the continuous progress of human society and the improvement of civilization level,it is obvious that the public goods of basic education are very important for socio-economic development.By the impact of dual economic structure,there is a significant gap in the development of basic education between urban and rural areas,the existence and expansion of basic education between urban and rural in our country is a harsh reality.The integration of urban and rural education is an important part of urban-rural integration,it is a necessary requirement to protect the balanced development of urban and rural education and promote the equity in education.However,in the process of the integration between urban and rural basic education,emerges many conflicts,especially in cultural interaction and the run-in,and the conflict can also not be neglected in the concept culture,system culture and method culture,it is significant to across the cultural barriers in promoting the integration of basic education in China.
