Design and Implementation of Machine Vision Intelligent Terminal Based on ModBus/Tcp Protocol and Custom Protocol

提出了一种基于WinCE、ModBus/Tcp协议和自定义协议的机器视觉智能终端的实现方案,解决了传统机器视觉系统应用中因为采用计算机而造成的不便。机器视觉智能终端体积小、便携性好、操作方便,非常适合在工业现场应用;机器视觉智能终端通过以太网、采用ModBus/Tcp协议和自定义协议与智能相机通信,最多可同时连接4个智能相机,相对于计算机价格低廉,宜于大规模应用。

Proposed a program of machine vision intelligent terminal based on WinCE,ModBus/Tcp protocol and custom protocol,solve the inconvenience in traditional machine vision system applications caused by computer.Machine vision intelligent terminal has small size,portability and it's easy to operate,very suitable for application in industrial field,machine vision intelligent terminal communicate with intelligent camera,using ModBus/Tcp protocol and custom protocol,the machine vision intelligent terminal can connect up to four intelligent cameras,it has lower cost relative to the computer,and it appropriate for large scale applications.
