J2EE架构与MVC模式下企业内部BBS系统的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Enterprise Internal BBS System Based on B/S Mode

目前企业对人力资源管理信息化过程中论坛(BBS)没有进行充分利用,针对企业内部存在的"信息孤岛"和协同设计问题,为企业内部交流设计一个内部BBS系统,将使BBS成为员工创新思想的发源地,同时企业能及时得到客户的反馈,从而提高企业的整体水平和效益。该系统基于B/S模式应用J2EE标准,采用MVC模式,其表示层、业务逻辑层、数据持久层分别采用Struts、Spring、Hibernate框架实现,在MyEclips+Mysql开发平台下进行。

The human resources business process management information in the BBS is not fully used.This paper for the existence of the enterprise 'information island' and the collaborative design,so that the BBS as the birthplace of employee innovative thinking.The BBS also allows corporate enterprises get timely customer's feedback to enhance the overall level and efficiency of the company.The system is based on B/S model standard J2EE layer,business logic and data persistence with Struts,Spring,Hibernate framework to achieve,application development platform in MyEclips+Mysql carried out.
