检验专业临床教学的探索与思考

Exploration and Thinking about the Examination Teaching in Clinical

临床实习是整个医学教育过程中的重要组成部分,实习医院教学水平对实习生综合素质的培养具有重要影响。本文根据北京航天总医院检验科临床教学工作,从规范岗前培训、强化基础训练、注重过程管理对临床教学实践进行了有益的探索;从健全组织机构、加强师资培训等方面提出了临床教学质量保障体系的构建;突出科研能力,以参考实验室为平台,建立以科研教学为特色的新的教学理念;对临床教学的持续发展提出了设想:一方面加强学生的科研能力的培养,一方面注重教学评估质量体系的构建。

Clinical Practice is an important part of the whole process of medical education,teaching level of the training hospital has the material effect to raise the overall quality of the intern.This paper bases on clinical teaching profession of Inspection Department of Beijing Aerospace General Hospital,it has a useful exploration to clinical teaching practice,which standardize pre-service training,strengthen basic training and process-oriented management.It proposes to construct a quality assurance system in clinical teaching,which bases on perfect organizations and strengthen the training of teachers and so on.Outstanding research capability,take refers to the laboratory as the platform to establish a research and teaching as characteristic new teaching idea.It proposes two tentative plans of the continued development of clinical teaching: one is to strength the scientific research ability of students,the other is focus on the quality of teaching evaluation system.
